Founder-Market Fit
After corporate leadership in telecommunications and software, Andrei focused on real estate investment and property management in Ontario. That experience exposed a practical industry gap: agents are expected to handle difficult conversations well, but rarely have a structured way to practice them in advance.
ScriptAIcoach was created to address that gap with realistic, repeatable communication training.
Andrei's background combines deep software and systems experience, operating leadership, and direct exposure to the market gap ScriptAIcoach is designed to address.
Operating Background
Andrei began his career developing telecommunications and distributed software systems after earning a PhD in Computer Science in 1993.
He joined MERA Networks in 1998 and later held senior leadership roles including Software Development Manager and Director of Canadian Operations. From 2015 to 2019, he also served on the Board of Directors of MERA Group, which later became part of Orion Innovation.
